At RSPCA Victoria, we want you to love your fashion purchases, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Every return helps support our mission to protect animals, so we strive to make the exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided, then drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
